Okay, the new motor has been put in. And the swap is done, but there are a few extra parts that I can't find a home for. I'd appreciate it if you guys could take a look and let me know what these parts/screws/bolts are and where they go. They are labeled to avoid confusion.

#1 - I think this is an engine mount

#3 - This could be one of the radiator mounts

#5 - one of the fairing bolts

Hmmm..okay thanks. I believe you are absolutely correct on #1, I think the new engine came with  1 engine/frame mount.  #3 is not actually a bolt, but almost a metal sleeve for a bolt, kinda weird. I know, #2 are wiring harness mounts to connect to the frame, but I have no clue where on the frame, any help?

#1 might be the muffler mounting nut and bolt
#2 are guides for your rear brake line

#3 is not actually a bolt, but almost a metal sleeve for a bolt, kinda weird.

I didn't say it was a bolt.  Its a sleeve for a bolt to slide thru.  I suspect its used where the radiator mounts.

#1 is the lower rad mount bolt

#2  are for the rear brake line( as already stated)

#3 will be for the front gas tank bolt.  It pushes up through the rubber pieces from the backside.  you'll have to lift the front of the tank to get it back in.

#4 are for the bkts seen in pic #2

#5 is for  the side fairings - the last rear bolt hole location
