One of these weekends, though I would imagine I would have to wait until summer hits, I plan on placing some small metal plates or magnets on the inside of the tank cover so that I'll be able to use my tankbag. I'd hate to not be able to use it for short trips, etc. When I get to it, I'll be sure to take a lot of pictures and do a write up of my findings...sorry the project won't come along sooner though!
I can't get my feet flat on the ground either, and I'm not a light guy at that. I've probably got around a 30"-31" inseam...though my jeans like to tell me otherwise sometimes. Keep truckin' though dude, definitely ride her like a raped gorilla.
