OMG!!!!  I'd hate to be in the Repsol pits right now.  I can only imagine the earful that Nicky is giving Dani right now.  evil

Can someone teach me lots of swear words in Spanish ? I'd like to have a conversation with Pedrosa. What an azz !!!!!  cussing banghead

Here's what Pedrosa should look like after a friendly pot-race debriefing with Hayden: crutch

BTW, how will the two boys share the team and same pits next year ???

All in all, and if I could ever forget about THE incident of the race, it was a breathtaking race, where I ended up rooting for Elias and his totally crazy late braking manouvers popcorn hail

Yeah, Motogp.com's connection broke down.  Too bad.....I heard it was an awesome race where Roberts mixed it up for a while and then Elias and Rossi changed the lead several times in the last lap.

I wonder if Nicky is having regrets about resigning with Honda now.  He has to be Pedrosa's teammate for 2 years now.

Nicky can still win though.  He has to win at Valencia and Rossi can finish no better than 3rd.

    Re: MotoGP Estoril (SPOILER)

Good God!!!  WTF is wrong with Pedrosa.  I understand the 'no team orders' thing, but that doesnt mean "Torpedeo your teammate."  The hockey fan in me wanted to see a fight in the gravel!

Oh well, Rossi is going to be the champ, again.  Although, maybe HRC can give Stoner a little extra $$ to take Rossi out at Valencia since Stoner can't finish a race anyways.

    How disappointing!

well now the tables ahave turned. i was thinking it was going to be Nicky with a 7pt lead. I hope Nicky rides like he has nothing to loose and put it all out for the last race.

    Re: MotoGP Estoril (SPOILER)

The announcers are reterded. Nicky did an outstanding job of NOT knocking Dani on his narrow a$$ in the gravel and the fat bastidge in on the microphone said something about Nicky's reaction being "totally inappropriate" or some such nonsense. So is Nicky not allowed to be pissed off at what happened? I guess you're not supposed to show any kind of soul or pulse in Europe.

Meanwhile, it looks like Elias has taken a page from the Garry McCoy school of wicked late-braking and sliding that pig out-and-in to the turn.

Speaking of McCoy, is it just me or isn't it great to see him back? What's the deal with this Ilmore team? Looks like they were basically in test-mode, shaking down their two bikes. Looks like next year will be interesting for sure.

Anyway, Nicky has to win Valencia and the front wheel has to fall off Rossi's bike. Keep hope alive...

There is a difference between being emotional, and having a tantrum...

Yeah he did have a meltdown, but I don't think I would call it a tantrum.  Maybe I'm splitting hairs though.

Elias was awesome today!  Watching him ride was one of the most exciting things I've seen all season.

    Re: MotoGP Estoril (SPOILER)

That wasn't a tantrum. A tantrum would have been Nicky going berserker style and picking up his bike and throwing it at Pedrosa then beating Pedrosa with his own helmet.

    Re: MotoGP Estoril (SPOILER)

and people scoffed at me about taking some tips from Formula 1 and actually have team orders. (not this board, but others). lmao did you really think yammy didn't have a plan going in? would edwards really just stick to Rossi? or would he slow the field down a bit and give his man some lead.

just imho, honda doesn't deserve a championship for such nonsense. while dani was ahead, he should've taken first from rossi, slow it down to let his man catch up. but noooooo..... dani had to try to win it himself because there are no team orders. what bs. even though i don't like rossi, i hope he wins it just to spite honda (didn't anyone see him smirking in the interview?).  Stick out tongue

now tony elias more than made it a good show. i remember him in 2003 (or was it 04) where he chased down like at 15 second lead at jerez and he clearly was smoking the field convincingly (was that porto he chased). clearly, if elias could just ride in the damn rain, he would had a good chance at the closer at phillip island to get the championship. but he wasn't.

    >>edit - elias must've picked up something somewhere. 250gp riders don't back it in like that. he looked awesome. very balsy in the front straight to do that from top speed.

kudos for kjr. he should've taken out rossi to continue getting a honda engine. maybe he'll get a honda chassis next year if he did that. LOL

do you have to subsribe to motogp.com just to view the interviews? i'm dying to see nicky face the press.

even better, i'd like to see dani speak. Stick out tongue
